Itinerary

• Day 01: Reception at Lima Airport – Visit to Pachacamac (b, l):
  • Our staff will give you a welcome at the international airport in Lima, once you have been contacted we will transfer you to your assigned hotel.
  • Accommodation and rest for acclimatization (important the arrival time).
  • 10:00 Our guide will contact you to start the trip to Pachacamac, the ancient city.
  • Arriving after 01 hrs.’s trip, you will visit the mystical and unforgettable city of the XV century.
  • We will have a guided visit to the magnificent Citadel of Pachacamac, Sanctuary of the God Pachacamac, Temple of the Sun, Acllahuasi, or Palace of the Virgins of the Sun.
  • Continuing the tour you will go to the district of Barranco, and visit the Bridge of Whispers.
    Lunch at Rustica restaurant.
  • Return to the hotel.
• Day 02: City Tour in Lima with San Francisco Catacombs (b):
  • Contact the guide at your hotel, then you will start the tour.
  • First, you will go to the zone known as old Lima, you will walk along the Paseo de la Republica, Plaza San Martin, you will continue your visit walking to the Plaza de Armas of Lima where you will see the Government Palace, the Municipality of Lima and the Cathedral of Lima.
  • After the guided visit, you will continue the tour to the cloisters of the convent of San Francisco, you will visit the catacombs that keep the skeletal remains presumably of personalities of the Colony.
  • At the end of the tour, you will go to the area known as modern Lima where you can see the Parque del Amor, the olivar of San Isidro, the area of Miraflores, Larcomar and a view of the Pacific Ocean, Return to your hotel.
• Day 03: Flight Lima – Cusco – Transfer to Hotel in the Sacred Valley (b, l):
  • At the agreed time you will be transferred from the hotel to the airport in Lima.
  • Flight Lima- Cusco, duration 01:20 hrs.
  • Upon your arrive, our staff will be waiting for you at the airport in Cusco.
  • Immediately you will go to the hotel in the Sacred Valley (duration 01hr40).
  • Arrival, accommodation, and rest in your rooms, acclimatization.
  • Lunch at the hotel restaurant
    P.M. Guided visit to the archaeological site of Ollantaytambo.
  • Lunch at a local restaurant
• Day 04: Visit to Pisaq – Overnight in an Andean Community (b, l, d):
  • Breakfast at your hotel
    08:00 contact the guide, then you will go to the town of Pisaq.
  • You will visit the archaeological site of Pisaq.
    Then continue the trip to the Andean Community (duration 01hr.)
  • Upon arrival, the villagers will welcome you with joy, flowers, and songs.
  • Accommodation in their rooms
    Typical lunch with Andean products, sharing with the people of the community.
  • In the afternoon you will be able to take walks, seeing the products grown by the villagers.
    Dinner and night with Andean music.
  • At the end of the tour, you will return to your hotel for your respective rest. With Shared service (max. 15 people)
• Day 05: Andean Community – Return to Ollantaytambo (b, l):
  • Andean breakfast was shared with the community.
  • Then you will go to the zone of the crops of the community, you will be able to observe their crops, the breeding of Andean animals such as alpacas, sheep, in fact, their daily life.
  • Hikes through the area in the middle of beautiful landscapes.
  • Return to the house for a typical lunch.
  • In the afternoon transfer back to Ollantaytambo.
  • Arrival, accommodation, and rest in your hotel.
• Day 06: Visit to Ollantaytambo – Ceremony with Shaman – Flowering Ceremony – (b, l):
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Walk through the streets of the village of Ollantaytambo.
  • Then you will go to the healing house for the ceremony with the Shaman.
  • Ceremony of spiritual and physical cleansing, thanks to the Pachamama.
  • Return to your hotel
• Day 07: Visit to Machupicchu – Aguas Calientes – Overnight (b, l):
  • Early breakfast at your hotel.
  • At the appointed time travel by train to the town of Aguas Calientes (duration 01hr45).
  • Upon arrival, transfer to the designated hotel.
    Then you will take a bus up to the Sanctuary of Machupicchu.
  • Entrance to Machupicchu Sanctuary.}
  • Private guided tour.
  • At the end of the visit, you will take the bus down to the town of Aguas Calientes.
    Lunch at a restaurant in the village
    Night in Aguas Calientes.
• Day 08: Aguas Calientes – Chincheros – Maras – Moray – Cusco (b,l):
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • 08:00 check in at the train station.
  • Departure by tourist train from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo.
  • Upon arrival, the bus will be waiting for you to continue the tour to the town of Chincheros, to appreciate the process of dyeing alpaca wool.
  • Then continue the tour, you will go to the Moray Experimental Center and the salt mines of Maras.
  • At the end of the visit, you will travel to the city of Cusco.
  • Upon arrival transfer to the designated hotel.
  • Accommodation and rest.
• Day 09: City Tour Walking – Basilica Cathedral – Koricancha Temple (b):
  • 14:00 Contact at your hotel with the guide to starting the walk through the main streets of Cusco.
  • You will visit the street of the stone of the 12 angles, the Basilica Cathedral, the Temple of the Sun or Koricancha To finish the tour you will visit the Temple of the Sun or Koricancha.
  • Free afternoon.
• Day 10: Visit to Sacsayhuaman Qenqo (b, l):
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • 09:00 the guide will be contacted at your hotel and the tour will begin.
  • During the tour, you will visit the fortress of Sacsayhuaman,
  • Continuing the tour you will go to the archaeological center of Qenqo.
  • At the end of the tour, you will go to the restaurant for lunch.
  • 18:00 visit to the Qosqo Native Art Center (optional).
  • Rest at your hotel.
• Day 11: Free day in Cusco (b, d) :
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Personal activities in the city.
  • Dinner show at a restaurant in the city.
• Day 12: Cusco – Puno (Lake Titicaca) (b, l):
  • Early breakfast.
  • 07:00 Contact your hotel and immediately transfer to the bus terminal.
  • Start of a bus trip to the city of Puno, duration 10hrs.
  • On the way, you will visit the Sistine Chapel of America, the archaeological complex of Raqchi, and the Museum of Pucara.
  • Buffet lunch in a local restaurant.
  • Arrival, reception, and transfer to the designated hotel.
  • Accommodation and rest.
• Day 13: Floating Islands of Uros in Puno – Overnight in Amantani (b.l.d):
  • Early contact at the hotel for the transfer to the port.
  • Upon arrival, you will board the boat and start the adventure on the highest lake in the world.
  • Visit the floating islands of the Uros, duration 02 hrs. Then continue to Amantani Island located at 3800masl.
  • Upon arrival, the villagers will be waiting for you and invite you to their house.
  • Typical lunch to share with the members of the Andean family.
  • In the afternoon you will visit the viewpoints of Pachatata and Pachapapa. Dinner with the family
• Day 14: Amantani – Taquile Island – Puno (b.l) :
  • Typical breakfast with the family.
  • Start of the trip to Taquile Island, duration 01hrs30 hrs.
  • Arriving at the main square of the island, you will start the hike on an inclined path to the main square.
  • From the highest point, you will have wonderful views of Lake Titicaca.
  • Typical lunch in a local restaurant.
  • Return by boat to the city of Puno.
  • Transfer from the port to your hotel.
• Day 15: Visit to Sillustani – Return flight to Lima (b, l):
  • Breakfast at your hotel.
  • 09:30 departure to the archaeological complex of Sillustani.
  • The Chullpas of Sillustani, also known as the Cemetery of Sillustani.
  • This beautiful place is located 34 kilometers from Puno, at an altitude of 4000 meters above sea level.
  • The archaeological complex of Sillustani is formed by 90 Chullpas, each one would represent a noble family at that time.
  • These Chullpas were built on the bases of blocks of volcanic stones extracted from two canyons near the site.
  • The story goes that they were used as funeral tombs, first their dead had to be embalmed and given a specific position (fetal).
  • For the placement of their dead inside the Chullpas, they had to be placed through an opening to the east, facing the sun.
  • After the guided tour, lunch in a local restaurant very close to the complex.
  • 13:30 transfer to the airport for departure flight.
  • Return flight to the city of Lima.
  • Upon arrival, you will stay at the airport in Lima.
  • At the designated time check-in for the international flight back to your country.
